As most of you know, my avatar "maverick" was muted/frozen for 30,000 minutes by Valet Render. When I ask Render why I was muted/frozen w/ my other newbie, he responded that he can't say why he used his power. He then went on to mute/freeze this one and tell me I was banned. After getting over the shock, I signed on yet another newbie and spoke to Valet Jadi and Valet Robert. After long efforts by Robert, he told me that I could re-name this newbie and aknowledge that I was maverick and I will NOT be banned UNTIL I talk to Brother Echo the next day. I found out that BE will not sign on until Tuesday because of the Holidays. I followed to renaming my new avie to "Lovely Maverick" and acted very VERY weird being nice and smiling all the time exxagerating how nice I was. I did not do any harm and did not violate ToS in any way. Today, 5/25/98 at 10:00 P.M this avatar was sent to the basement. I don't know by who since none of the KNOWN authorities were online at the time (not even the valets). After talking to a trusted friend, he/she told me that I was going to be banned in Kymer too and that they want me out.
The name "Maverick" cannot be used in any of the FSBA worlds, if anyone even claims to be "Maverick" it will result in an automatic ban. Concierge Claudette did NOT have ANYTHING to do w/ this as she is not even "back" yet. My trusted friend spoke to her through the icq system and she has no idea who banned me or why. Apparently, they simply want me out because of my past actions and because of my "threat" to the world. I could have changed, and I had been behaving since conversion. My only "misbehavior" was one time when I got muted for 10 min. (a week ago) for getting upset w/ psycho for something totally un-related to my usual rebellions. After that, I got FRUSTRATED w/ the negligence of Hotel Silicon officials and wrote an article which showed my past behavior. This was because I was angry w/ them for neglecting citizens so bad. After this, I did a game that joked against them, but it was only a joke and nobody was harmed by it. So, why am I banned? What kind of crack are they doing now?
I would like to know, but yet they don't tell. They feel threatened by
a 17 yr old who doesn't even know how to program in Visual Basic?
Apparently, the name "maverick" has been built on too much. Many people
think I'm a hacker just 'cause I nuke or I am a smartass who hangs
around w/ the real hacker crowd =)
Maverick is just someone who knows how to trick people. Everyone and their mothers think I use a credit card generator to create accnts when in reality, I just use my friend's credit card 'cause he owed me one and he is rich so he can afford it. I have only made like 5 accnts w/ it, but since BiTeMe was caught w/ a CIS accnt that he found off the web, they think we hack all the accnts now and we are all that.
I am pissed, I am mad, I am outraged at the stupidity. I want them to give me my libery back. Maverick is dead, I cannot longer access ANY of their worlds, I been banned from ALL of them. Don't expect to see me inworld anymore 'cause I don't exist. I am UNABLE to enter. I will try to talk to the authorities and smack some sense into them. Until then, I will await for this new promised world where there will be NO Tos. Maybe then, I will be allowed back in.

I hate what they are doing, EVERY one of their worlds is being ruined. Like I've said over and over, their software rules but they have no idea how to run a company.
