I read your article [Tanja] and I have to say this; What!? In my own personal opinion, I don't think that you have a very good idea. Having a bail for "basemented avies" would be like condoning these types of acts in Hotel.Avatars would go around thinking "Hey, I can get into all of the trouble I want, and some idiot will use his or her tokens to set me free!"
Alot of these avatars have been around long enough to know what the "dividing line" between trouble and good is, and I think that if they cross the trouble line, then they should be banned, with a thorough explanation before.
Some avatars have been muted/frozen countless times, for the same redundant acts of "silliness". Do you really want to pay their bail, so they will go out and act in their same old ways? I know that I sure wouldn't want to.
