*** Give it a Break ***

Hey there :-)

All I'm going to say here is my personal opinion on the current
issues we face everyday.

I disagree with the way FSBA treats their customers, no question. They know this, you know this and there is nothing we can do about it. But..... I think we should give it a break now. We told them that we dislike their 'customer service' (if they have one that is) and they noticed. They might need time to work things out. They can't leave it like it is, that's for sure. Why not giving them a chance to improve things? IMO they should have the possibility and the TIME to solve the problems.

Of course it is also not acceptable what happened to Ceili. But let's put this issue aside. I am more talking about the major issues we have here. Not the individual ones. If we keep going on like this, we soon won't have a place to hang out anymore. They will shut it down if it's not profitable <shrug>. I'm going to marry on Saturday, I'd love to put everything behind me to enjoy the time we have, yes, provided by FSBA. I can still enjoy my time inworld. As long as I stay 'out of trouble' <g> LOL

Everybody think about if you had a business, your customers would call you the whole day, telling you how bad you are and stuff like that. New problems every 20 minutes. How would you solve your problems, if they keep growing? You would probably close your business for a few days, to really sort out everything, try to provide a better, more friendly service. After you open up your business again, people would appreciate what you have done. Yes, the possibility exists, that it would work out like that.

Let's give them a break and see what they will do. If there is still no improvement after the break, we can go on again. ;-P
